I wrote the Preludes in 2021, a difficult year for me, with lonliness, insecurity, and division. I became very introspective at this time trying to find a way to express my emotions. These emotions came out through the preludes – Confusion, Melancholy, Reverence, Force, Free…..

Three compositions on the theme of Stillness, written in 2021, the year in which I slowly got rid of all my ‘luggage’.
Possessions, people, doing concerts, coaching music, friends, country.
I had already written the 2 fantasies inspired by my sons, and the 5 preludes in the darkness of covid.
At the end, there I was, alone, only connected with nature and silence.
So intensely grateful, happy, and so at ease, spending my days in solitude.
There it came out of me, fluently, without a plan.
